At PresentationMart.com, we let you select the delivery method of the items in your shopping cart.
Whether you want 2 day, 3 day, or ground, it's up to you!
All in-stock orders placed before 2PM (E.S.T.) Monday through Friday will be processed same day. Orders placed after
2PM (E.S.T.) will be processed on the next business day. Orders are generally not processed on weekends or holidays.
2 Day Shipping
2 Day Shipping indicates that once your order has shipped, you will receive it within 2 days. This does not mean
that once your order has been placed that you will receive your order in two days.
3 Day Shipping
3 Day Shipping indicates that once your order has shipped, you will receive it within 3 days. This does not mean
that once your order has been placed that you will receive you order in three days.
Ground Shipping
Ground shipments typically take approximately 4-7 business days to arrive once they have shipped.
Shipping Notification
Throughout the processing of your order you will receive automated e-mail messages from PresentationMart.com indicating
the status of your order. You will receive an order confirmation immediately after you place your order as well as an
e-mail confirming that your order has been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your
PresentationMart.com user account profile.
Backordered Items
Due to the dynamic nature of the industry, inventory levels and availability of some of our products can change
without notice. If for some reason the item(s) that you are requesting are on backorder, you will be notified by e-mail
or telephone when we begin processing your order (typically within one business day of placing your order). We will be
able to provide you with more detailed information on when the item(s) will be available or offer a similar product that
is readily available.
