At PresentationMart.com, we understand that sometimes it's just better to be able to see and touch a
product in order to decide if it's exactly what you need. We strive to provide you with a purchase policy
that gives you the flexibility and convenience of online shopping as well as a worry-free return policy
to give you piece of mind that you are receiving a product that meets all of your expectations.
Returns
If you should become dissatisfied with your purchase you can return the items within seven (7) days of receipt. This policy excludes all special order products and customized products. All returns are subject to a restocking fee which will be determined up receipt of the item (this fee is not to exceed 25%). Exchanges and defective or D.O.A. items are not subject to this fee. The restocking fee is calculated on your order total before any tax or shipping charges. Customers are responsible for returning shipping to PresentationMart.com or applicable manufacturer.
Conditions of this policy are as follows:
- Product must be returned in original packaging and be accompanied by original documentation
- All accessories must accompany product
- Lamp hours on projectors must not exceed two (2) hours of usage
- All manuals and blank warranty cards must be returned with product
- Any physical damage to the unit will result in non-acceptance of the return - please see our policy on the "Condition of Returned Items" for a more detailed explanation of this criteria
When returning a product please adhere to the following procedure to ensure that your return will be processed more
efficiently and accurately:
- Return all parts and pieces that originally came with the product
- Please fill out a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request.
You will receive a return e-mail with a RMA # and return directions
- Clearly place the RMA # on a label and attach it to the outside of the box, do not write the number on the box directly
- Make sure to not send fragile items that are not protected properly
- Depending on the situation, customers may have to use their own shipper for returns
- If applicable, a FedEx return tag will arrive within 4 to 5 business days
Defective or D.O.A. Policy
In the case that you were to receive a product that was either defective or D.O.A., no charges will apply. A defective product is one that fails to meet the factory specifications determined by the manufacturer. A product is D.O.A. (dead on arrival) if the product does not power up. If you believe that you have received a defective or D.O.A. product, please notify one of our customer service representatives within seven (7) days of receiving the items. Defective or D.O.A. products will be repaired and returned, or exchanged for the same make and model, or for a product of equal value as allowed by the product manufacturer's policies only. The defective product must be shipped to PresentationMart.com or applicable manufacturer before a replacement unit will be sent to you. Please note that with our projector replacement lamps, some manufacturers do require the serial number off your projector in order to process your exchange.
Condition of Returned Items
Any item returned to PresentationMart.com, must meet the following criteria whether the item is for return or exchange:
- Products must be in the original packaging carton and include all original packing materials
- All accessories must be included in the original packing material. Any items that are found to be missing
upon return will be deducted directly from any refund/credit to be issued
- All manuals, instructions, and blank warranty information must be included
- The box must not be written on in order to qualify as being in resalable condition. Please write the RMA
number on the shipping label to avoid writing on the box
- The projector should have less than 2 hours on the lamp
- The product should be in like-new condition and free of excessive wear and tear
- Customer will pay shipping costs and must insure the package for the original purchase value. We strongly
recommend using UPS or Fed-Ex as your carrier, but we will accept items that have been shipped and insured
through other carriers
International/Non-Continental US Sales
Currently PresentationMart.com does not accept orders outside the continental United States. Please keep checking our
site as we hope to offer this service in the future.
Items Damaged During Shipment
At PresentationMart.com, we strive to use only the most dependable carriers. We currently use UPS and Fed-Ex as the
carriers for our products depending upon availability, shipping distance, and the items being shipped. Occasionally,
items will ship directly to our customers from the manufacturer. Although the manufacturers and PresentationMart
strive to provide the best service possible, shipping damage can still occur. All damage claims must be made against
the carrier. Please follow the following guidelines if it is apparent that your items were damaged during transport:
- Inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If it appears as though the package was damaged, do not accept
(sign for) the package until a notation of the damage has been made for you personally, and also note all damages on
the carrier's bill of lading. Make sure you and the driver sign and date the notations to ensure credibility.
- File a claim with the carrier. Many times you can do this directly with the driver, online, or by calling a shipping
hub for that particular carrier. They will advise you of their procedure for handling your claim.
- Retain all shipping documentation, and original packaging. Do not throw anything away. Most likely the carrier
will ask you to bring in your package to a shipping hub for an inspection of the damage. Be sure to take your copy
of the signed bill of lading with you to the hub to present to the carrier representative inspecting your package.
- Please advice PresentationMart.com of any loss or damage. Do not return the items to PresentationMart.com. File all
claims with the carrier and do so immediately.
Accepted Methods of Payment
PresentationMart.com will accept credit card payments through Visa, MasterCard, and American Express only.
We currently do not accept payments via personal check, money order, official check, or wire transfer.
Refunds
All refunds for purchases will be issued as a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase
within a reasonable amount of time after the returned items have been inspected for resale.
Pricing
Due to the nature of the industry, inventories, costs, promotions, and incentive programs offered by
manufacturers will change frequently. PresentationMart offers our entire product listing at the most current
price that is available. Because of this dynamic environment, PresentationMart is unable to provide any type
of price protection. It is our policy to not honor a promotional price on a product that is purchased before
the promotion start date, and similarly we will not refund a price difference on a current or previous order or
charge you for the difference if the price for that product increases. We at PresentationMart value you as our
customer and appreciate your business and feedback. We are confident that you will find our prices to be competitive
for each of our products.
Taxes
All purchases shipping to the states of Michigan and California are subject to applicable sales taxes as regulated by
the government. Shipments to any other state are charged sales tax by PresentationMart.com.
Enforcement
Failure by PresentationMart.com to enforce any Purchase Policy or Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver
of any portion of these policies or conditions.
